The Site is within proximity of Clarendon Road, which is regarded as the main business district within the centre of Watford, which leads directly to Watford Junction Train Station – 800m to the North of the Site.
Watford is a popular commuter town, primarily due to its excellent rail connections, with Watford Junction station providing commuter services to London Euston (average journey time of 20 minutes), as well as West Coast mainline services to the Midlands, North West and Scotland.
